Fatema Akter Lucky
Founder Communication & Campaign Lead
Fatema Akter Lucky is the Founder of the organization and a passionate advocate for social work, volunteerism, and community development. Born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh, she has been driven from an early age by a desire to create positive social change and empower communities through awareness and action. She is currently in her third year at Khwaja Yunus Ali University, studying Management Information Systems. Earlier in her academic journey, she studied at the University of Alberta, Canada, as part of an International Visiting Student Programme in Edmonton, where she spent one year gaining international academic exposure and hands-on volunteer experience. Through her international volunteering experience, Fatema developed strong skills in communication, leadership, and intercultural competence, working with people from diverse backgrounds and communities. These experiences strengthened her commitment to social service and shaped her vision of building a more inclusive and socially aware society. As a founder, she aims to make volunteer work more accessible, structured, and impactful, while raising awareness about various social services and critical community issues. Her long-term vision is to build a better community by inspiring young people to engage in meaningful volunteer work and contribute to sustainable social development.
Md Riajul Islam Anik
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Md Riajul Islam Anik is the Co-Founder of the social volunteering awareness organization. He is currently in his third year at Khwaja Yunus Ali University, where he is pursuing his academic studies alongside his commitment to social development. Passionate about diversity, social awareness, and community challenges, Anik brings a strong creative and technical skill set to the organization, including design, photography, technology, and creative media work. He is driven by the vision of using innovation and creativity to create meaningful social impact. Through the organization, he aims to enable free educational and skill-based courses for underprivileged schools and communities, empowering people with knowledge, creativity, and opportunity.
Md. Radit Sarker
Chief finance Officer (CFO) & Media manager
MD Radit Sarker is a crucial founding member of the organization, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Financial Advisor. He is currently studying Management Information Systems at Khwaja Yunus Ali University. With strong expertise in finance, public relations, and media handling, Radit plays a key role in ensuring the organization’s financial transparency and strategic growth. He is also an excellent photographer and an active volunteer, contributing creatively and operationally to various initiatives. Passionate about social service and responsible leadership, he is deeply committed to using his skills to support sustainable community development and impactful volunteer work.
